Real Estate Refund Policy:
Fordham University School of Professional and Continuing Studies will issue a full refund for all cancelled classes.
- 1 calendar week prior to first meeting: 100% refund
- After one calendar week or 1st class meeting: 50% refund
- After 2nd class meetings: No refund
- 100% of the cost prior to the first class meeting.
- 20% of the cost if you drop after the first class meeting but prior to the second class meeting.
- No refund after the second class meeting.
Real Estate Refund Policy:
- For six-week courses: Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund if they withdraw from the course before the official start date. If the course has already started, the refund schedule is as follows: 50% refund if the student withdraws before the third scheduled session. No refund thereafter.
- For one-week intensive courses: Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund if they withdraw from the course before the official start date. If the intensive has already started, the refund schedule is as follows: 50% refund if the student withdraws before the third scheduled session. No refund thereafter.
