Teachers’ Absence
The schools teaching staff is chosen from musicians of the highest caliber, many of whom are still actively performing. Because of this, they reserve the right to provide you with an equally qualified substitute, should your regular teacher be unavailable.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
