Salsa is one of the most popular Latin Dances in New York City. Salsa Music initially originated in Cuba and was popularized in Puerto Rico. Today with all the Latin Rhythms combined from different Caribbean and South American countries has helped formed today’s popular Salsa Music. Salsa Dancing in New York or Salsa ON2 is danced in a forward and back motion with a partner.
This fun and exciting dance incorporates various steps, partner work, styling, spinning, and attitude. In the class you will learn new and fun moves week to week and learn how to move your body to rhythms of Salsa.
