The school provides a make-up session for missed class as a result of personal scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control if there is space available.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
