In this workshop you will learn the basics of creating bagels, baguettes, chocolate cornets and melon buns from scratch, using clay. You can make the pastries any size you like, creating cute miniature bread and pastries that are all your own. One feature that makes miniature bread and pastries especially charming is that later you can turn them into brooches and other accessories. So let’s have fun making lots of miniature bread and pastries!
Lessons are taught by Mika Furuya, our first certified instructor in New York.
Over two days of lessons, you will create a 3cm bowl of ramen, starting with the bowl. Fashion roasted pork fillet, naruto (kamaboko with spiral pattern), onions, noodles, soup, and bowl, to make your own original miniature ramen dish. Fashion the soup after your own preference, adding soy sauce, pork bones, miso, and other elements.
These lessons are highly popular in Japan.
Lessons are taught by Mika Furuya, our first certified instructor in New York.
Please note: students are required to take both sessions for the ramen class
