    My 10 year old daughter and I took this class together. We really enjoyed making these cinnamon rolls, and they were delicious. The class was fast paced, but the instructor is patient and clear with his instructions and answered all questions. He also offered suggestions for using alternative flavors and ingredients to build upon the recipe for future bakes.

    I enjoyed this class very much. I thought making bagels would be very difficult but the Instructor was very clear and patient with the entire process. I made 8 bagels 4 plain with just egg wash and 4 with a topping of garlic and onion mixture. The compound butter we made with unsalted butter and garlic, parsley, salt was very easy to make and delish too on the freshly baked bagel!
