Mukti took time to explain the value of Indian cuisine and explained all the main spices used in Indian cooking and their benefits. The dishes were delicious and healthful. I would recommend doing as much prep ahead of time as you can in terms of chopping vegetables and having everything ready...the class moves pretty fast but you get three great dishes by the end of it.
