Students can expect a high-intensity full-body workout to tone their abs, sculpt their booty, and build their endurance. The class runs for 45 minutes, costs $30, and will be fun and challenging. 

Finally, you can consider a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that is fine for all fitness levels. The course will help students stretch tight hips and shoulders, tone lean muscles, and even get low-impact cardio. This is a 45-minute class, and it’s a great outdoor experience. 

Los Angeles City College, or LACC, offers classes, events, and other offerings for just about anyone in the community. Their mission is community service and to empower students from diverse communities to achieve their educational and career goals by providing learner-centered pathways to success through foundational skills programs. They help people in the community learn a skill, try out new things, and connect with LACC and their neighbors in an educational setting. 

They offer a Baile Fit (Dance Fitness) class in East Hollywood. The course runs for an hour, and students can expect any easy-to-follow dance cardio and abs class with minimal bodyweight strength training. You will also get to enjoy dancing to music from around the world. You could also learn how to protect yourself with a Quick & Dirty Self Defense class. Students will learn to turn fear into anger and switch into attack mode when defending themselves against an attacker. 

Virtual Fitness Classes 

A virtual fitness class has many advantages depending on what you value in a class. If you like convenience, that’s a significant benefit of online fitness.
