Chef Vic was awesome! Super knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making the experience great. We tried his sushi-making class, and it did not disappoint. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and made sure everyone was having a good time. Even when I totally messed up on my first try, he didn’t make me feel bad—he just guided me through my second roll and made it fun. On top of that, the whole group was super fun and cool, and we ended up making new friends along the way. It was such a great experience and an all-around amazing time. We’re already looking forward to trying his Pad Thai and dumpling-making class next. Highly recommend! -

An amazing experience and the instructor was very helpful and fun to work with. I will definitely be taking his course again. I liked that the class was intimate so we could all interact with each other and make friends. I appreciate being able to eat sushi throughout the day and it was convenient to step into the restaurant next door to purchase alcohol -
Delicious Donuts
Making donuts was a unique experience that I shared with my friends and children. Instructions were great and the donuts turned out delicious. It was nice to use industrial kitchen. One of the less ideal conditions included the class being held in a coffee shop. The lighting was poor and the space was not conducive to making donuts. Other than that, it was an excellent experience -

The class was a fun, laid back, and informative experience where we had the chance to not only learn how to make, bake, and fill choux pastry but also meet cool like-minded people. And at the end of it, we all had a surplus of delicious cream puffs and eclairs to chow down on and share with friends! -
