This was a fabulous experience! I drove all the way from Santa Barbara in order to take a sibling to the class and we drew together. Wonderful model, friendly and supportive and gracious community. Even though it is over a 2 hour schlep, I plan to return as schedule permits. -
Life Drawing
I really liked this class - mainly because Ramon is such an incredible teacher and learned so much from him. I had not taken a figure drawing class in over twenty years, so I was very unsure of my drawing ability. Ramon really helped me to gain the confidence I needed as well as teaching me new/better techniques. -
Uninstructed Figure Drawing - Two Hours
I knew I hadn't made a mistake for purchasing this class the moment I walked into the room. The environment is laid back, the people are welcoming. And most importantly there was zero judgment on skill level. Everyone goes at their on pace! The instructor/lady in charge was SO sweet! And I got to engage in interesting convo with some of the other artists. I can't wait to go back this week! -

Portraiture Drawing
Richard is one of those rare instructors who provides exactly the kind of one-on-one attention that helps students steadily progress, no matter their style or experience level. With portraiture there are some many variables with so many solve problems it is essential to get the direct and encouragement to move ahead. I strongly recommend this course for those serious about the portraits. -
Life Drawing Marathon
Once we figured out where the room was it was smooth sailing. The models were both wonderful. Lots of creative poses in the short poses room and we enjoyed having so much time available to us that we were able to work on both a long pose piece and several short pose pieces. Well worth the time and money. My husband and I had a wonderful time. -
