The tour guide was very nice and friendly so that is the only reason I'm even giving the tour 2 stars. However, this tour was NOT AT ALL what I thought it would be and is not worth $50 a person. It is very misleading and is not really an actual chocolate tour. Of the 5 different "chocolate" places we stopped at, at 2 of the 5 places we sampled a small chocolate cupcake and at another 1 a cakepop from a coffee shop. Only 2 of the locations were actually chocolate shops!! Most of the places we stopped at also only offered 1 sample. The chocolates we sampled each cost $5 or less, meaning you could spend $25 or less per person if you walked to these places by yourself! In addition, there was no clear communication with the company about where to meet at the Wrigley Building and no email or phone number to contact the company or guide. My group had to search around the Wrigley Building to finally find the tour guide inside one of the stores. Do yourself a favor (and save yourself a bunch of money!) and just look up chocolate shops in Chicago yourself. I do not recommend this tour to anyone.

It was ok. Tour wasn’t for real chocolate connoisseurs. Pretty superficial. I took a chocolate tour in Paris, this one didn’t compare. But our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Sunday is always a great day to be in Manhattan! It was a pleasurable start to what turned out to be an awesome evening.

I was expecting more. This "tour" is basically having a nice woman walk you to 5 chocolate stores within a 5 block radius in one neighborhood and throwing out a little bit of history about the buildings every now and again. The chocolate is good but I wish I had just picked 1-2 stores and went alone with my friends instead of being roped into a 2 hour experience.

The tour ever happened! We waited for 40 minutes, and no one ever showed up. When we called the tour company, we kept being re-routed and never actually spoke with a person. We have not reached resolution and are out $40 for a tour that never occurred!

I would give this 0 stars but it wont allow me to. My family and I showed up 15 minutes early at the designated meeting area waiting for our tour guide. After waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up and we left. Was given no contact information, was not contacted and couldn't get a hold of anyone to see what was going on. $300 dollars later I'm convinced this was a scam. Will never purchase a class from your website again and will convince others to stay away as well.

Class time changed, which we dealt with. Leader was late. There was nothing to show where to meet. I couldn’t do two of the stops and the leader didn’t care. Over priced, poor planning, and won’t recommend. I wanted to do something nice with my daughter. I ended up apologizing for bad experience. Refund would be nice.

The class location was moved and we were never contacted. When we called, they didn’t seem concerned that we were inconvenienced and just blamed coursehorse for their lack of communication.
