    This class was very informative and a lot of fun! Chef Daniel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with everything that he taught throughout the course. His guidance was helpful and he stayed extra time after the class to answer questions and offer his own personal suggestions about how to handle making any sushi at home, encouraging people to practice and try everything that they learned in the class! I'd highly recommend that people interested in learning how to make/roll sushi take this class!
