Join Soca N Sweat as we return with our newest instructor we bring you a fun and exciting dance fitness class led where she leads us to warm up, stretch, and learn the fundamentals of whining. Want to put some "oil" in that waistline? Join us for an hour of Waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness. With carnival right around the corner, whether you're going or wish you were, DJ Extra and our instructor have the vibes up and Whine and go down.
All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!
What you should bring/wear:
There are no refunds, however class tickets are transferable.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
