    Class was awesome!! We took the charcuterie class. 12/22/24. Mollie walked us through the tiramisu with us putting the finishing touches on our own. James was very knowledgeable and demonstrated how to make a mostarda and chicken liver pate. In the end we ate this food and was all absolutely delicious! They made the class very fun with lots of laughs and learned a lot. Will definitely be taking another class in the future.
