Join us in this class and embark on a journey to master the art of creating fresh pasta from scratch. From rolling dough to shaping tortellini, learn essential techniques to craft delectable dishes like Tagliatelle di Caccio Pepe and Spinach Ricotta Ravioli with Cherry Tomato Ragu. Elevate your culinary skills and savor the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine.
Our Goal:
To teach you how to make fresh pasta from scratch. We will then teach you how to properly roll the dough and form specific shapes. You will also learn various fillings for stuffed pasta as well as the sauces that pair with the pastas. You will also learn how to properly store and ultimately how to cook the pasta (right amount of water, salt as well as how to extract the starch) with the right amount of sauce to create an amazing dinner.

What we will teach:
Full payment is required before your spot is confirmed. Cancellations will incur a $10 fee. Cancelling within 24 hours results in a forfeit of the class fees.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
