What you'll learn in this meditation class:
Tati’s New Moon Sunday Service Sound Bath encourages you to let go completely and create and new blank canvas for the year. Use this Sound Bath to open your mind and let the Pisces imagination run free. This is a beautiful time to set the stage for something new, the path for something higher, and the Self for someone even better. Through meditation and inner work that a sound bath produces, it allows us to connect more deeply to our true Selves creating higher vibrational energy, spiritual alignment, and well-beings to help manifest our dreams fully.
Tati creates a literal “bath” of sound, allowing you to dive deeper into Self, connect, and reflect helping you release and open your consciousness. This immersive experience is a path to ultimate relaxation and meditation. With the use of crystal and tibetan singing bowls and other musical instruments, combined with the grounding and heart-opening properties of hemp (optional), Tati creates a safe and non-judgemental space to connect with Self, cleanse, and reprogram.
You will experience soothing, resonant sound from singing bowls and other musical instruments giving your mind and body the freedom to truly relax and let go as a sense of calm comes over you. In this state, body and mind can release, recharge, and begin to heal. Sound Baths help shift energies, brain wave patterns, and frequencies allowing for true transformation to take place.
FLOW:
- Settle in and make a space, explore, and connect.
- Aid the experience with the use of hemp oil and topicals during your journey (always optional)
- Opening Circle and Intention Setting for the New Moon in Aquarius
- Cleanse ourselves and the space use of sage, palo santo, essentials oils, etc.
- Stretching and Light Breathwork for Grounding
- Setting our intention for the journey in and through the sounds
- Sound Bath Immersion and Journey
