Kim, aka, KWillPole for the Instagram and YouTube enthusiasts, was venturing out, looking for another unique fitness experience after finding out about her arthritis in both knees. Kim has always admired dance and gymnastics, so she fell madly in love with pole dancing upon taking her first class at Pretty Lady Pole Fit in Feb 2014. She has no dance or gymnastics background, which is why she loves pole dancing so much.

Kim often says “Pole fitness takes a person right where they are, no matter the background, body type, personality, or flexibility. I was not flexible when I started pole. Nor had I any kind of aerial experience. In fact, I was afraid of heights and terrified of taking risks going upside down.” Kim’s favorite part about pole dance is the wide variety of fitness styles and dance it incorporates.
