Getting Creative with Photography

Photography is about more than just reproducing whatever the photographer sees. It also offers a powerful opportunity for creativity and self-expression. In this class, Angela Maloney will share her own work and that of other photographers, discussing the thought process and the process of creating the images. She will show how their photographs go beyond simply reproducing what was in front of the photographer, thereby showing the class how they can learn to produce similarly thought provoking, creative, and emotive images.

This class can be enjoyed two ways. It is an opportunity to look at good photos and have a nice conversation about them. But it is also a look inside the mind and the creative process of your instructor, a gallery represented photographer, and a lesson on creating photographic art.

This class is suitable for all experience levels. No cameras are needed.
