Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Chef Andy Barbato is a Master Chef and Cheesemaker. A protogé of Antonio Tubelli while studying at the Gambero Rosso Culinary School in Naples, Chef Andy specializes in ancient Neapolitan recipes dating back to the 1700s (the era of the House of Bourbon/ Two Sicilies). These recipes have been artfully reinvented to produce new and exciting twists on traditional Neapolitan classics.

Really lovely time and learned a lot. Just be aware the class tends to wrong longer than scheduled.
We absolutely love the class! Chef Andy was one of the nicest people and very informative you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. We had a great time it was such a fun atmosphere we will be coming back for more classes.
Chef Andy was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining and answering all our questions. The cheese was delicious!!
