Going vegan doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor or the appeal of baked goods. In this class students will learn how to replace common ingredients such as milk, eggs, and butter with plant based alternatives including flax seed, coconut, and olive oil to create vegan blueberry scones, vegan coconut oatmeal raisin cookies, and a vegan roasted vegetable focaccia.
