This is not your typical yoga class! Buti, meaning " hidden or secret" is a transformative experience that combines tribal dance, yoga, cardio, and plyometrics into perfect fusion. Buti is about cultivating an experience of empowerment within yourself through movement. Be ready to sweat. This class is open to all levels of experience.
