What you'll learn in this baking class:

Who doesn't love fried dough? We'll make both cake-style and raised-style doughs, and show you how to fry, glaze, dip and fill them to perfection. 

You'll go home with a boxful of your very own fresh creations! Lunch will be served, and fresh coffee will be flowing.


  • Mini Pumpkin Donut Holes with Cinnamon Sugar
  • Maple and Bacon-Glazed Long Johns
  • Chocolate Cake Donuts with Dulce de Leche Glaze and Coconut Flakes
  • Bavarian Donuts (Custard-Filled Yeast-Raised with Chocolate Glaze)

  • Deep-frying
  • Making sweet custard
  • Preparing glazes 

Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 4 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.

Refund Policy
A one-week notice is required for cancellation of any class. If you do not cancel by telephone at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled class, we will charge your credit card in full for the class. Please feel free to send a friend in your place if you cannot attend and it is within one week of the class as no refunds will be available. All classes also have a non-refundable, non-transferable 10% fee for the operational and administrative costs incurred by The Chopping Block. This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.

Hi Reem! Students must be 18 years or older to attend our regular classes, including Donut Boot Camp. Sorry 13-year old is unable to attend.
