No refund for tours, and other trips purchased in advance. Once a purchase is made, we reserve seats and reject other customers who ask to reserve seats on your dates of travel.
- We are always happy to re-schedule your trip to another date with 3 business days advance notice, but – subject to availability.
- Customers who must cancel their trip due to weather or other circumstances are required to provide 3 business days notice, but all cancellations are subject to a thirty percent (30%) cancellation fee.
- Without advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling, we reserve the right to full charge.
The school reserves the right to cancel any tour at any given time. We cannot be held responsible for delays and cancellations which result from weather, traffic, unsafe road conditions, and other difficulties.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
