​Refunds & Cancellations

Students who wish to withdraw from a class or workshop must notify us at [email protected] at least 6 business days prior to the start of a class or workshop in order to receive a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.

The School reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a cancellation should occur, students will be notified and will receive a full refund.

Make-ups

The School will hold classes for the dates listed in the course description. Students who miss class on their own accord will not receive a refund. Make-up opportunities are at the discretion of the Instructor and the School, however, please note the following rules:

• Absences require 72 hours notice before a class begins.
• You can schedule a makeup only once. You can't change the date of the makeup class.
• Makeups must be scheduled and used by the end of the following month. For example, if you missed a class in May, you have until the end of June to do the makeup.

If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, a make-up date will be arranged. If a student cannot attend the makeup date, the student will receive a full refund.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
