Scott Paladini

Scott has over twelve years of investing, business strategy, and sales experience. He is a successful entrepreneur and founder of multiple businesses including Hibernate Bedding, a boutique mattress retailer and Synced, a corporate health and wellness technology platform. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Scott spent over ten years in private equity and investment banking. He was most recently at UBS Global Asset Management where he was responsible for the capital raising, origination, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation and execution of private equity deals for a $1.5 billion fund. Scott began his career at Morgan Stanley in their fixed income division where he was part of the corporate strategy team responsible for creating a new distribution platform that generated over $100 million in sales. Scott earned a M.B.A. from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Economics from Colby College. He lives in Hoboken with his wife.​
