Toni Smith

Teaches at El Camino College

Instructor Toni Smith, a former-foster youth, co-founded WR1 Cleaning, with the initial mission of providing former-foster youth with job training and employment assistance. Her approach to teaching/mentoring is to provide essential job skills along with a positive work environment to help elevate those who are less fortunate. Her vision is to present a home away from home atmosphere in her classroom and externships, while providing job skills necessary to sustain in today’s society.
