La-Dana Jenkins is the proprietor of LRJ Consulting Services LLC, a career development firm based in New York City, where her passion for over 13 years has been helping individuals prepare for a career, not a job. She has been featured in various résumé writing books including, 'Gallery of Best Résumés', 3rd edition, 'Résumés That Knock ‘em Dead', 6th edition and 'Designing the Perfect Résumé', 3rd edition and has also formally served as a Résumé Writer for Careerbuilder.com. La-Dana has facilitated various career development workshops for churches and organizations throughout the tri-state area and is currently a career counseling adjunct with the Human Services graduate program at The College of New Rochelle. She holds a MA in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University, a BA in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego and is an active member and avid supporter of the National Résumé Writers’ Association and National Career Development Association. La-Dana is excited to be facilitating the Job Search Workshops for BMCC and looks forward to helping students find their perfect job.
