Greg David

Teaches at Continuing Professional Studies at Bank

Greg David, MSEd, is a 9/10s Head Teacher at Bank Street School for Children, where he has taught for eight years. David is also founding Board Chair of WHIN Music Community Charter School and co-founded JCC Manhattan’s Gift of Math, a public-school math program. Prior to entering education, he spent seventeen years in business, as a financial journalist, investment manager, and entrepreneur. 

David holds a Master Degree from NYU in English and an MSEd from Bank Street in Childhood Special and General Education. He received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as BA in English, at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.  David has been practicing yoga for 19 years and has studied, practiced and taught mindfulness and yoga in his classroom for six years.
