Diana Spechler is a seven-time Moth StorySLAM winner who has been featured on The Moth Radio Hour, The Moth podcast, and elsewhere. She has written for The Wall Street Journal, GQ, Esquire, Paris Review Daily, Tin House, Glimmer Train Stories, New York, Slate, Salon, O, and many other publications. Diana is also the author of the novels Who by Fire and Skinny, of the New York Times column Going Off, and of a forthcoming nonfiction book based on that column. Flavorwire named her one of “50 Writers You Need To See Read Live.” She recently won the Orlando Prize for Creative Nonfiction from A Room of Her Own Foundation.
