Madelyn Kent & Peggy Stafford

Teaches at The Jalopy Theatre and School of Music

Madelyn Kent has served on the faculty of NYU/Tisch teaching playwriting, screenwriting, and memoir writing. The developer of "Sense Writing," she has held workshops and classes in North America and abroad. She has completed multi-year trainings in Somatic Education techniques of Feldenkrais ATM and Fleming Elastics. Peggy Stafford, a MacDowell fellow, has taught creative writing at the University of Washington’s Summer Program, and playwriting at Seattle Repertory Theatre and Brooklyn’s Fifth Avenue Committee. Madelyn and Peggy have worked together for several years initiating and creating collaborative environments.
