Liron Gabay

Teaches at Anger Management Essentials

Liron Gabay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Anger Management 818. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Phillips Graduate institute with an emphasis on the treatment of children, adolescents, families and couples. Liron received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles. 

Ms. Gabay utilizes many interventions in working with patients including Emotion-Focus Therapy, Gestalt, Family Systems and CBT approaches. She believes in direct, genuine, interactive and creative dynamic with patients throughout the treatment process. Exploring all interpersonal relationships, past and present, is very important. 

In January of 2015, Liron Gabay became a Certified Anger Management Counselor through Anger ManagementEssentials. She has been facilitating several anger management groups weekly in both Sherman Oaks and Tarzana. In addition, she spearheaded the translation of the Anger Management Essentials book into Hebrew, and offers weekly anger management process group for Israeli women. Liron began co-training for Anger ManagementEssentials in January of 2017.
