Emily Carter is a co-coordinator of BBG's Children's Garden. Her passion for farming and garden education started in Vermont where she led farm education programs at Shelburne Farms. She has spent many years in Maine, Vermont, and New York as both a garden teacher and an eager horticulture student.

She has a master's degree in environmental education from NYU and hopes to continue to grow and learn about the wonderful world of plants.
