Jack deTar is a student within the Nyingma and Kagyu schools of Tibetan Buddhism. He graduated from Brown University in 2013, where he studied Buddhist philosophy and poetry, and has trained with Buddhist meditation masters in Nepal and India.

Dan Cayer has helped countless individuals change their relationship with their pain, better manage stress, and find a freedom and ease they never thought possible in their body. Dan integrates his training as a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher and meditation instructor with his personal experience coming back from a severe injury and chronic pain.

Liz Neves is an herbalist and meditator living as close to earth's natural rhythms as possible in the heart of the urban environment. She received her meditation teacher training from Cyndi Lee (Om Yoga), who is trained in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
