Diana Spechler

Teaches at Gotham Writers Workshop

Diana Spechler is the author of the novels Skinny and Who By Fire (both Harper Perennial). Her fiction has appeared in Glimmer Train, Greensboro Review, and Moment, and her nonfiction has appeared in the New York Times, GQ, O Magazine, Esquire, New York, Self, Details, theWall Street Journal, and Nerve. She has taught at the University of Montana and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She holds a BA from the University of Colorado and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Montana.
