Teaches at Le Gourmet Culinary

She received her culinary degree from the Art Institute of California, also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. She has served for many years as Chef Instructor at the International Culianry School at the Art Institute. Eda was Executive Chef for Corporate Development for Ginza Hibachi Grill & Sushi, and was Executive Chef for the Bread Bar Restaurant Group. She was the Director of Child Nutrition Services, and was the Chef/Dietitian for El Segundo and Inglewood Unified School Districts respectively.
