What you'll learn in this childhood class:
Designing Interdisciplinary Play-based Activities for the Pre-k-1st Classroom
This workshop will focus broadly on how to design and implement curriculum in pre-kindergarten/kindergarten classrooms that are, or strive to be, interdisciplinary and play-based. We will explore ways to integrate social studies, language arts, math, science, and art activities. We will also explore ways to scaffold and differentiate these activities to make them more inclusive and to address a diverse range of student needs.
The unique and specific contexts of your settings will be taken into account and discussed.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
