Susan Cherniak

Teaches at 92nd Street Y

Susan Cherniak earned her BA in Dance through the Thomas Edison State College Portfolio Program. She has performed with a variety of companies on both coasts and was a member of The Nancy Meehan Dance Company for seven years. Ms. Cherniak has taught at many schools in the New York area, including the Erick Hawkins School of Dance, where she trained early in her career. She currently teaches modern dance in Nyack, NY, and is also a licensed massage therapist. For over twenty years, she has been the Artistic Director of CherniakDance.
