Teaches at Studio U

After having her baby in 2009, Sam sparked a desire to learn about training the body from the inside out. She further fell in love with the study of the body’s movement and strength potentials while taking pilates classes to rehab after a tough pregnancy and birth. Sam took her certification as a pilates instructor through Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence’s Teacher Training Program, Long Beach Dance Conditioning and Polestar Pilates. Her approach to fitness ensures access to every muscle, resulting in a long, lean, healthy body. Her knowledge of polestar and LBDC Pilates adjusts imbalances and retrains the neuromuscular system, affecting body-changing results. Problem areas will improve. You will stand taller and look longer and leaner. Pain will decrease and you will move with grace and ease. After returning from a year of teaching in London, England, Sam is thrilled to be teaching with the clients at Studio U.
