Gabriella Muttone

Gabriella Muttone is an international print and commercial model, fine art/portrait photographer and model coach based in Los Angeles. Born in Canada, she began her modeling career at 17 in Toronto where she got discovered during her lunch break booking her first national commercial for the Toronto Star. Since then she has landed other major commercial campaigns for Faberge Shampoo, WonderBra, Coke, Diet 7-up and American Express, to name a few. She has appeared in international editorial and commercial print campaigns in Japan, Europe, Canada and the USA. Most recently, Gabriella collaborated with award winning photographer and LACP instructor, Michael Grecco, as his muse for the first ever one man exhibit at the prestigious Leica Gallery in ‘After The Audition’.

Earlier this year she was the InspirationLA poster girl for vintage wear photographer and InspirationLA creator Rin Tanaka.Over the last four years Gabriella has spent her weekends coaching models and actors in movement and posing for the camera at the acclaimed Barbizon Schools. She is currently working on a movement book that aligns with her workshop instruction. Her knowledge as a photographer combined with her experience as a model gives her the unique ability to understand both sides of the camera. “I can quickly asses how to deliver the desired movement and attitude for the camera and I can show you how.”

2017 will mark her 6th year at the Palm Springs Photo Festival where she has been a photographers assistant, a model and has mentored under the top in their field in the world in commercial and portrait/fine art photography with Frank Ockenfels III and Mark Seliger and with gallery owner and phenom David Fahey.This year Gabriella will be just one of the lucky few to spend 4 days mentoring under international super star photographer Peter Lindbergh.
