Paula Mallis was first drawn to pilates as a client in 2000. After falling in love with the principles of pilates she was inspired to become a teacher. In 2003 she was certified and worked with Mari Winsor also known as Winsor PIlates. Paula is also a new mom and is so grateful for her pilates background as she uses her experience on the journey through motherhood.
