Michael Crotty

Michael's passion for movement began at an early age. He has always been a mover and inspired by the possibilities of movement that the body offers. Michael began to practice pilates in 1998. As a dancer, pilates lent itself well to the vigor of ballet training and helped Michael keep his body safe, toned and flexible. Michael has extensive experience and a client base ranging from the Los Angeles ballet to NFL athletes. He has experience teaching clients with MS, arthritis, scoliosis and and degenerative discs. Michael is passionate about wellness and believes that all bodies are capable and ready to heal through a pilates practice. Applying creativity, communication and motivation, he utilizes an extensive dance knowledge combined with a strong academic base to properly instruct clients. Michael’s goal is to create a exciting, clear and dynamic pilates experience that will satisfy each persons specific needs.
