Mary Thompson is the General Manager and Sommelier at Saint Martha restaurant, named after Saint Martha, the Patron Saint of cooks and servants. Mary, along with Chef Nick Erven, bring a Modern American cuisine rooted in the European tradition. Mary holds several prestigious wine certifications (Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Sake Advisor - Sake Service Institute of Japan) as well as multiple recognitions from Wine Spectator. Mary also owns a wine production company, California based BonnerLand Wines.
