Joslyn Lawerence

Joslyn is the founder of Little House Wellness and co-founder of moVida Community Space. She has trained in many modalities over the years including Hatha and Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Energy Medicine, Death Mid-Wifery/Conscious Dying and Hospice. She is also a practicing artist and holds a degree in Spiritual Psychology. Joslyn is in the process of combining all of her interests and deep connection to nature through developing Restorative Wisdom Practices with one of her partners in moVida, Stacey Martino. She believes that the only way to truly transform is to be present with the what-is-ness of each moment, and so finds the process of creating space through Griefwork and letting go processes to be both fascinating and essential.
