Conisha Wade holds a BFA in Musical Theater from Howard University and has been entertaining her whole life. After years of performing in musicals, tours and children's theatre, in NYC, Conisha decided it was time to change coasts and moved to Los Angeles. Once in LA she started taking YBB classes at Swerve and found a new passion in Dance Fitness. A Licensed Yoga Booty Ballet and Zumba instructor, Conisha believes that Dance and Music go hand in hand!! Coined the "Cardio Queen" by her students, Conisha has been teaching Dance Fitness for over 2 years and guarantees to make you SWEAT!!
