Acrobat Day 2: Review/Secure PDFs & Interactive Forms

In this full-day session, taught by an Adobe Certified Instructor, you will learn to review and add comments to existing PDFs, including creating a shared review. You will learn how to compare a revised PDF to an earlier version, as well as how to extract pages out of PDFs. You will add passwords and permissions to secure PDFs, create actions to perform batch processes automatically and learn how to apply redaction to remove sensitive information. You will learn how to convert existing PDFs into forms, add text fields for entering zip codes, phone numbers and dates, and insert checkbox, radio button and drop-down list fields. Your forms will be interactive, showing and hiding fields based on user selection, automatically calculating subtotals and grand totals, and showing pop-up windows. Finally, you will add buttons to print, save, submit and reset the form.  

Prerequisites  
This class is ideally suited for people who have taken Day 1 or have already been using Adobe Acrobat Professional to edit, optimize and enhance existing PDFs.
