What you'll learn in this casting class:
Come design your own bronze or silver ring! FIT's 2012 Next Generation Award winner Dana Bodourov and art director Silke Labson will teach you wax carving techniques with various tools in order to produce a final carved ring by the end of class. Your ring will then be cast into your choice of brass or silver, polished and shipped to you within 7-14 business days following the workshop.
*Please note that an additional payment via venmo or check is required at the end of class for the metal to cast the ring, as cost is based on weight. Bronze rings range from $5-$15 and silver from $10-$25. Let us take care of the drinks and eats while you make your own piece of jewelry!
