I got what exactly what I expected. I picked up a few pointers from that session.
She was very knowledgeable and answered questions with practical approach. Her class made me rethink my business ideas and vision. She also offered an access for follow up questions, which I would definitely appreciate.
It was incredible and I made a friend too! Teacher was fun, funny, patient and helpful. The cupcakes were delicious and I had a blast! I will book another class soon for sure!
Really enjoyable and informative class.
Highly recommend this class. I suck at baking any pastries or desserts. I can rotisserie a chicken, make great steaks but can't do desserts. So, as a part of my resolution this year I set out to fix those problems in my culinary skills or lack thereof. This class will take the intimidation out of making macarons. I loved this class and if you want to learn without having to do any type of trial and errors, TAKE THIS CLASS.
The instructor is super knowledgable. Information is presented in a very personalized manner. Years of information given in just a few hours. I wish I could have stayed and chatted all night. I will definitely return.
I can't rave about this class enough! Clemence provided such great instruction and information about all aspects of food business. I left class inspired and know I will be using Clemence as a point of reference in the future - she was so kind and accessible, and is both positive and realistic. I recommend this class to ANYONE who is even considering a food business.
Chef Clémence is a fantastic instructor. She thoroughly explains the science and history behind the making of cheese as we learn to make it. It felt like I was getting a quick college lesson as well as a cooking lesson. We made butter, crème fraîche, ricotta, goat cheese, burrata and mozzarella in pairs and there was plenty to take home!
