I really enjoyed the class.
Ruth really knows what she is doing and how to teach. I took this class knowing a little or as they say enough to be dangerous. With that being said I learned a lot and picked up some great techniques and helped get a better understanding on tempering. Over all a lot of great info and the class was really fun. I believe there was not one person in this class that thought any different than I did. Nice school great instructor. I signed up for another class taught by Ruth. I live about 1.5 hours away it is worth the drive and more. Peter Z P.S. the staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable

This class was AMAZING! Very well organized, full of information on technique, history, ingredient structure and science, the instructor and her assistant had thought of everything! 4 breads in 3 hours with tons of take-home treats, I would recommend this course to absolutely everyone.
It was a great class, great instructor, great cooking environment at a beautiful and clean commercial kitchen in Santa Monica. I learned everything I needed to know about making delicious donuts! Thank you!

I loved the class. It was fun, informative and a wonderful experience. It wasn't my first time trying to do any of the things we did in class but it was very helpful to have someone tell you the right/easy way vs wrong way.
