The instructor is super knowledgable. Information is presented in a very personalized manner. Years of information given in just a few hours. I wish I could have stayed and chatted all night. I will definitely return.
I can't rave about this class enough! Clemence provided such great instruction and information about all aspects of food business. I left class inspired and know I will be using Clemence as a point of reference in the future - she was so kind and accessible, and is both positive and realistic. I recommend this class to ANYONE who is even considering a food business.
Chef Clémence is a fantastic instructor. She thoroughly explains the science and history behind the making of cheese as we learn to make it. It felt like I was getting a quick college lesson as well as a cooking lesson. We made butter, crème fraîche, ricotta, goat cheese, burrata and mozzarella in pairs and there was plenty to take home!

The class was great! Within a 3 hour span we accomplished so much and May, the instructor, was great and personable and very knowledgeable. Am definitely going to take another class with her.
Chef May was great and it was really fun. There's a lot so expect to be busy the whole time!

The class was fun and reasonably well organized. The training felt professional rather than home cook with experience. I feel like I could make from scratch everything we made in class. The shear amount of food made was daunting. I should have taken more home and eaten less on the spot.
This class was great! I appreciated each technique being explained to the group and then working in a team of 2 to recreate the recipe. It helped to better learn the recipe. All of the cookies we made were delicious and the cake box for taking home extras (there were many!) was very much appreciated! The only down side....we weren't able to take home the salted caramel ice cream!
