Master the Art of Fresh Pasta Making
Discover the craft of handmade pasta in this immersive cooking class, where an expert chef will guide you through the time-honored techniques of creating pasta from scratch.
You’ll learn how to transform simple ingredients into fresh pasta, from classic spaghetti to fettuccine, while also preparing rich, flavorful sauces. Using high-quality, traditional ingredients, you'll experience the magic of Old World recipes in a hands-on setting.
Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy during the class.
Menu:
- Classic Spaghetti and Fettuccine - Freshly made pasta, prepared by hand using traditional techniques
- Handmade Pasta Sauces (Choose Two)
- Ragu Meat Sauce or Fresh Tomato Sauce – These slow-cooked sauces will be pre-prepared by the chef, with a live demonstration on starting the tomato sauce
- Mushroom & Sausage Sauce or Fresh Sautéed Vegetable Sauce – Guests will actively participate in preparing these fresh, flavorful sauces
The chef will also prepare an appetizer and dessert in advance to complete the meal.
Most dietary preferences can be accommodated with advance notice. Please mention any restrictions when booking, as recipes cannot be modified during the class.
