What you'll learn in this vegetarian cooking class:

Broaden your palette of cooking techniques in this one-day immersion into vegetarian cooking. Join us in this hands-on class as we explore flavors and ingredients from many cuisines as well as vegetarian proteins. We’ll teach you how to create plate after plate of meatless deliciousness!

Menu:

  • Roasted Carrot and Thai Curry Soup with Pickled Red Cabbage and Green Chilis
  • Shaved Fennel, Celery Root and Grapefruit Salad with Whipped Feta and Candied Hazelnuts 
  • Tempeh Tikka Masala with Garlic-Herb Cauliflower Rice 
  • Pumpkin-Ricotta Gnocchi with Sage-Walnut Cream Sauce 
  • Moroccan-Spiced Quinoa Cabbage Rolls with Golden Raisins, Almonds and Harissa Yogurt Sauce
  • Persimmon-Apple Tart with Orange-Ginger Glaze

Refund Policy

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

  • All virtual class sales are final.
  • All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
