Balance for Life is for those who want to age gracefully and enjoy a high quality of life beyond middle age.
Combining the best of Functional Fitness, Yoga and Qigong, the main focus for this class is developing strength and balance.
Required Props:
- Chair, preferably with a cushion and no armrests.
- Hand weights: 2 Sets (2 Light and 2 Heavy)
Most people will start off with a pair of 3lbs for Light and 5lbs for Heavy.
You might increase this to 5lbs and 8lbs over time.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
